Love is in the air and on the menu at the Atlantic Grille this Valentine’s Day! Chef Adam Gottlieb has thoughtfully created a selection of specials fit for passion and meant to spark romance with every bite. Some foods have stimulating properties, others are psychologically suggestive, and some can actually increase hormone levels and energy. You may have already heard about chocolate and oysters, but did you know that asparagus and garlic are also considered aphrodisiacs? Continue reading this post >

This stunning sea-themed restaurant has launched summer choices that will run through at least September.
“The majority of guests as well as myself tend to try and eat healthier and lighter during the warmer months,” says executive chef Adam Gottlieb. “I wanted to create dishes that utilize more seasonal vegetables to give a filling dish and steer away from the heavier carbohydrates a bit.”
Several dishes have been tweaked, but all-new creations include: local snapper in stewed tomatoes, capers and olives over garlic broccoli rabe ($29); grilled salmon with summer vegetable quinoa and lemon-compound butter ($28); filet mignon with a chickpea, feta, red onion, cucumber, olive and tomato panzanella with oregano vinaigrette ($38), pan-roasted hanger steak with asparagus and roasted corn relish, fresh herb & garlic sauce ($30); grilled flatbread with arugula, mozzarella, tomato, prosciutto, basil and balsamic ($13); summer risotto with veggies, pea puree and bacon ($14); grilled shrimp with soba noodles, veggies and peanuts ($27); and Caribbean jerk pork chop with hearts-of-palm salad and plantains ($29). Don't miss the grilled cobia with charred romaine, avocado, pickled red onion, bacon, manchego and herb dressing ($28). Continue reading this post >
